Give.
In difficult moments, steady presence matters.

Ontario Support Dog Services provides calm, qualified Support Dog and Handler teams to support individuals navigating the justice system after physical or sexual violence. We do not charge partner agencies or service users for this support. Access is never dependent on someone’s ability to pay.

This work is made possible by volunteer support.

OSDS is staffed and operated entirely by volunteers. Every gift helps cover the practical costs that allow our teams to respond when called:

-
Handler travel expenses, including mileage and parking
-
Travel, meals, and accommodation when court matters require longer-distance support
-
Insurance and professional uniform standards
-
Ongoing readiness and care of our canine partners

Your generosity ensures that when someone is facing one of the most difficult days of their life, a qualified team can be there — calm, prepared, and present.

As a federally incorporated non-profit organization, OSDS is currently in the process of registering with the Canada Revenue Agency for charitable status. We anticipate being able to issue tax receipts for donations received in 2026 by the end of February 2027.

Thank you for helping sustain presence when it matters most.
